What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy does apply to members of our Premier Builder Program. However, for the privacy policy regarding information submitted as part of members' "Professional Profile", please read our PBP Privacy Amendment.

Ressler Design, Inc. collects personal information when you create an account on our website, when we receive an email from you and when you call to speak with one of our customer service representatives.

When you create an account with us, we ask for information that will allow us to best serve you throughout the process of deciding on and ordering a set of house plans to build. This includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, fax number and complete mailing address.

Ressler Design, Inc. collects information about orders you place with us and about plans you choose to save for later viewing.

Ressler Design, Inc. uses the information we collect to fulfill your requests for our house plans, to track relevant phone conversations regarding your questions and concerns and, no more than once a month, to advise you about new house plans or services offered on our websites.

Prior to your order of house plans, Ressler Design, Inc. does not at this time share your information with other people or companies, except as required by law, including occasions when we have reason to believe our copyright has been infringed upon.

Upon ordering a set of house plans, Ressler Design, Inc. may share your name and contact information with certain partners who may be helpful to you as you build your new home. You may opt out of this by calling 1-248-860-4421.

We limit access about your personal information to only employees who need that information in order to help you in your purchase of Ressler Design, Inc. house plans.
