PLAN CUSTOMIZATIONS As you search for house plans on our website, you may find that one of our plans comes very close to exactly the home you are looking for, if only you could change that one thing that just doesn't fit your needs. If this is the case, we will work with you to have customizations done on your plan, or if our schedule is too busy we will recommend a draftsman in our local area who can assist you. (Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-248-860-4421 and ask if this service is currently available.) Here is what you will need to do in order to have your plan customized.Call us at 1-248-860-4421, with the exact Ressler Design, Inc. plan number of the plan you are interested in, and we will fax you a footprint image of the floorplan and a Customization Request Form. Complete the top portion of the Customization Request Form. Complete the bottom portion, and draw the changes you are requesting on the plan footprint. Mail the form, plan footprint, and payment of $125.00 to this address:
Ressler Design, Inc. Next, within approximately one week, a proposal will be sent to you. Return the signed, accepted proposal, and place your order directly with Ressler Design, Inc. by calling 1-248-860-4421. Finally, the completed, customized plans will be sent to you within approximately 5-6 weeks. That's all you'll have to do to get a Ressler Design, Inc. house plan customized exactly to your specifications.
